I used to spend a lot of my weekends going to singles events with friends, including speed dating. Later, we would have a lengthy conversation about the events. We were developing strategies on how to best make those events work for us and how to identify “the one” – or at least somebody who could evolve into being “the one”. I took the initiative a lot, and we would discuss what we were wearing, what we were drinking, and what we were saying.
I was assisting the girls with choosing their photos and writing their online bios. They saw an increase in interest in their profiles and found themselves in high demand, so it worked.
I’ve got a blog up and running that offers dating and lifestyle advice, and I’m prepared to just build up my profile while developing a business plan.
